Dan Humphrey and Julia Koppich discuss research on teacher peer review for better evaluation and labor-management relations. The talk was presented during "Teaching Quality and California's Future," a briefing held January 20, 2012, in Sacramento. The study examined the effects of using peer assistance and review (PAR) in two California districts, San Juan Unified School District and Poway Unified School District.
